introduction:

We use U-shaped silicone tube as the outside cover and put silicon glue full of the tube, which greatly improves the heat sinking function. Problems for glue becoming yellow and hard, smiling bad and not being used in low temperature have been totally solved. We make special solutions for the silicon tube and 3M can be used at the back. 

We use aluminum end caps for the two ends of strip and problems for end caps with glue have been solved. We use machine to make the waterproof making process, so the production speed is greatly improved and strip light has nice appearance.

The strip light has long lifespan, stable quality, anti-UV, wear-resisting, energy-saving and environmental-friendly, etc.
It can be used in hard environment and the background temperature can reach -25℃~60℃ It is IP65 with excellent waterproof function and ultra-thin design for DC 12V/24V strip lights, which is very easy for installation.

Installation

1. The mounting surface should be clean enough before installing the products.

2. Tear the 3M at the back of the strip, and then put the strip stick on the mounting surface evenly. 

3. Gray cable is positive and the white cable is negative, then connect the strip with driver.                                                                                  

Common problem and Solutions

 please check if power supply is connected, or if the switch is in the connected position when the light does not work.

 If the lamp lights on and off frequently, please check connection between power supply and strip in case that it is loose.

Note: If the lights still does not work well after trying the methods above, please contact professionals staff for help. 

Attentions:

Please do not use rough or cleanser to clean this products, do not use high press water to wash this product that it would be harmful for the waterproof components.

Please do not use sharp equipment to stab this product, or it may broken the internal components.

 Please do not pull or press too much on the products

 Once the light reaches the lifespan, please contact your local relative authority or retailer to ask for recycle suggestion. 

Recommended working environment temperature is -20~40 Celsius

Please do not use the light if the fixture or wire has problem, check and repair firstly.
