u  Product Introduction

The Low Power Wall Washer is our patent product. It adopts the mix-lighting from entire-dip reflection cup we developed by ourselves, which have broken down the mix-lighting pattern of traditional LED Lens with the features of even mix-lighting and unique appearance.

Lamp body utilizes the special arc face design, which comes out with beautiful shape, small volume and light weight. The standard retained line can directly hide into the arc hollow part of the lamp body’s two sides makes the Wall Washer looks better.

It adopts SMD5050 as light source, the output color range is wide and resplendent.

Nimble and convenient installation: Using a set of bracket can realize the installation of hanging in the wall and standing on the ground. It can reaches the best lighting effect without adjusting the angle.

The connection way is hand in hand between lamp and lamp which makes the installation convenient and operation easy.

It has two control ways for choice (external control console or controller) which can reach the changing effect in whole or in section.

Without DMX signal, gradual changing automatically after 6S, accepting the faction of coding by itself.

u  Installation Layout

A．  Standing On the Ground：Using the down-bracket not up-bracket

1.      Down-bracket sliding along the installing trough until to the body’s back.

2.      After moving to the destination fix the screw tightly.

3.      Fix M6 screw into the building.

A．  Hanging in the Wall：Using fix slice not down-bracket.

1.      Install the two fix slices and fix into the lamp body by M2 screw.

2.      Fix the screws into building through the installing hole on the fix slice.

Remark：Following the biggest current that the line could bear, each switch power with 200W can connect no more than 15pcs for 500mm（WW7003）Single Color Wall Washe and no more than 7pcs for 1000mm (WW7004) Single Color Wall Washer.

Remark：Following the biggest current that the line could bear, each switch power with 150W can connect no more than 10pcs for 500mm（WW7001）RGB Wall Washe and no more than 6pcs for 1000mm (WW7002) RGB Wall Washer.

Power supply

The total power of series connection wall washer multiply the safety index 1.35 is the total power of switches.（If the total power calculated is not the standard, please choose the switch power supply with approximate power）

u  Attention

  When you use the product, please make sure it work in good condition.

  Each single row wall washer takes up 3 addresses, the first wall washer’s address plus 3 is the address for the next one.

  If the lighting effect of a group of wall washers is the same, it means the addresses of all wall washers in this group must be the same when it start working.

  Please set the address from 001 to 512.

  The maxinum address should be less than 510.

  When many wall washers connected together, the connection should be according to “product connection diagram”.

  The connection cable between two DMX Signals ampliers,or between DMX console and DMX signal amplifier,It can’t exceed 150m;The distance between the first DMX signals amplifier or DMX console and the last wallwasher can’t exceed 100m.

  If the connecting quantity is too much, it may lead to high current and make too much disturbance to result the product out-of-control because of using one switch when connecting power source. Such case is not the products’ trouble. It can be avoid through starting the switches one by one after you connected more control switches when installing the power source (one power control switch for no more than 50 wall washers

u  Usual trouble and the ways of elimating

1. If the light can’t be lighten up, please check whether the power is connected or the switch is on.

2. If the light sometimes on and sometimes off, please check whether there is power connection failure or loose.

Notice：If the light still can’t work normally by above methods, please contact the professional person to repair it, do not take apart the lamp by yourself.

 Use indoor and outdoor       

u  Alarm:

1.      Do not turn on the power when products in packing box.

2.      Make sure the setting grounding and power off before use.

3.      Replace the protect cover if any broken.

4.      Fire prevention, high voltage prevention, quakeproof.

5.   Please reading carful and keep this instruction before installation.

u  Note:

1.      Caustic or deliquescent chemical medicine will damage the protection of shell.

2.      Suggest wroking temperature of -20?C ~ + 40?C. If beyond this temperature range, will affect the lifetime of the light. Storage temperature: -35~70℃

3.      We are not liable for any aftereffect of use the part which is not ILLUSION products.
