l  Product Introduction

Second-Generation Square LED Wall Washer adopts 1W high power LED as light source. It has features , of novel appearance ,low consumption, long lifespan(fifty thousand for average life), resistance impact , High reliability, environment-friendly, soft light, high brightness and so on. This new type of led wall washer made up of two parts, first part is light body and the other one includes power supply and controller box, which makes this wall washer different with other wall washers so that let it have good heat-dissipating function.

Single color：Pure white、warm white、red、green、blue、Viewing angle:30°

RGB color：Viewing angel is 50°,built-in 13 kinds of light effect，also can separately connect DMX console 、DMX controller box to achieve the color change control in whole or segments,such as red、green、blue、jump change 、gradual , flicker etc.totally 14 types. It is with digital display window and control buttons to let the customers adjust stand-alone mode more convenient.

l  Attention

1.Please consider about” the working condition”, the lamp can not be put in water for long time

2.Each RGB wall washer takes up 3 DMX addresses, the first wall washer’s address plus 3 is the address for the next one.

3.If you want all connected wall washers to change colors together, you should set the same address for all the washers

4.Please set the address from smaller to bigger.

>The maximum address of RGB wall washer should be less than 510.

>There should be only one main flood light as a master (the flood light works in main control mode, control box or control console).

5.When there are many  wall washer  connected together, the connections please refer to the connection diagram.

6.The connection cable between two controllers, or between console and signal amplifiers. It can’t exceed 100m; The distance between the first signals amplifier or console and the last flood light can’t exceed 100m.

●Note

1. When use the wall washer, please accord with using enviroment requirements；

2. Wall washer must work with simple DMX controller or 4-wire and 3-loop controller；

3. Select enough power transformer according to the total power of controller or RGB amplifier；

4. Every controller take up 3 addresses, the first simple DMX controller or 4-wire and 3-loop

● Warning

1.      Please do not connect the power when the lights are in package

2.      Please do not connect the power supply before installation, and ensure the device is completely connected into the ground

3.      Please replace any cracked protective cover；

4.      Please attention to fire prevention, electricity and vibration；

5.      Please read the instructions carefully before installation, and keep it for future reference.

l  Attention

1.      Corrosive or solubility chemicals will damage of the protective shell of lights；

2.      The working temperature is －20℃~45℃，and humidity is 0~95％. The lifetime will be adversely affected when beyond this scope. Storage temperature：-35~70℃；

3.      Please advise that we are not responsible for the effect when the components not from ILLUSION adopted.

●Instruction for installation

1.      The wire of power supply and signal of last wall washer of each loop should be used tail plug for waterproof

2.      Please make sure there is no short circuit before turn on the power, otherwise the parts of the device would be burn out.

3.      Around the lamp should fill with some gravel or sand when installation, it is better for the heat rink and drainage. And make sure there is no corrosive, inflammability and explosive material around.

Note: A. Make sure the power is be turned off while installation or dismounting.

     B. Please replace with new lamp when the lamp body is defected.

●Problems and solutions:

1. If the light cannot light up, please check whether it connects with power supply well and whether the switch is on.

2. If the light turns on and off frequently, please check whether the connection between power and lamp is fixed enough.
