uProduct Introduction

A.  We use high power 2W LED as the light source, R/G/B type can bring excellent light effects and brilliant colors.

B.  There are two parts for the wall washer, first part is light body and the other one includes power supply and controller box, which makes this wall washer different with other wall washers.

C.  It has smaller weight and stable quality and it is easy for maintance. Wall washers can be connected by 3-pin cable hand in hand, so very easy for installation.

D.  There are 14 kinds of build-in programs which can be operated at the DMX windown. This wall washer can also be controlled by outside DMX 512 controller or super DMX Console to achieve more different lighting effects.

It can be widely used for all kinds of wall lighting decoration, as well as in stage, meeting room, ancient building crowd, and civilization plaza etc.

uFunction for Buttons of DMX Windown under wall washer.

R/G/B wall washer has 14 kinds of working mode, which can be operated by pressing the two buttons. Once is for increas and the other is for decrease.

uInstruction for the numbers in the DMX window.

001-512, slave mode. Under this mode, the light is operated by mater controller. (DMX 512 controller, SD card DMX controller or DMX Super console can work as the master controller)

H-1~H-d: master mode. Once the light is under this mode, all the other lights connected will follow with this light.

uThe Connection method

Data of different part No. as follow (In the case of non-extending signal wire and power wire that can bear max power)

uAttention:

A. Please do as the request of application instruction when the items are used.

B. Every wall washer takes up 3 DMX addresses, the address of the first wall washer plus 3 is the address of the second wall washer.

C. If the lighting effects of a group of wall washer are the same, it means the addresses of all wall washers in this group must be the same.

D. When setting up the address of wall washer, it should be setted from smaller number to bigger number.

E. The max number of DMX address for the wall washers can't exceed 510.

F. There should be only one master for all wall washers connecting in one group (the master can be a wall washer in master control mode, or a DMX controller or super DMX console)

G. When many wall washers connect together, the connection should be done according to " product connection diagram"

H. The connection cable between two DMX controllers or between DMX controller and RGB Amplifier can’t exceed 100m; The distance from DMX controller or Amplifier to the last wall washer connected can’t exceed 100m.

uWarning

1.When the product is in the packing box, please do not connect the power ;

2 Please do not connect the high-voltage power supply before installation, and make sure that the equipment connects ground;

3.Replace any protection cover once it is broken;

4. Pay attention to keep far from fire, electricity and shake.

5. Please read the instruction carefully before installing the product , and preserve this document for future reference.

uInstallation Guide

1. The power and signal output connector of the light wall washer in one series connection should connect with waterproof tail;

2. Please confirm that there is no short circuit between the input and output port of the general cable. The internal components of the controller may be destroyed once connecting with electricity when short circuit exists.

uNotes:

1. Please cut off the power before installing or demounting the light fixtures;

2. Please replace with new ones once the light body is damaged.

uProblems and solutions:

1. If the light cannot light up, please check whether it connects with power supply well and whether the switch is on.

2. If the light turn on and off frequently, please check whether the connection between power and lamp is fixed enough.
